Delivery & Returns
If you wish to return an item you have 14 days from receipt in which to do so. All goods to be returned must be unused, undamaged & in original packaging. Please get in touch via our contact page if you wish to return an item to us. Returns postage is to be covered by the customer.
Please ensure the item you wish to return is securely packaged and wrapped well, especially fragile items, to ensure they do not get damaged in transit. We also recommend that you obtain a proof of posting as we cannot take responsibly for items lost in transit. Orders returned after 14 days will not be refunded.
In the event of items being received damaged on arrival, please notify us within 24 hours. We will require photographic evidence to this effect in order for a refund or replacement to be issued.
For health and hygiene reasons, earrings and perishable items i.e. body products – body cream/wash/salts cannot be returned, or refunded.
PLEASE NOTE – Due to current circumstances we will be shipping orders only on TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS. Please bear this in mind when placing your order with us.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery to arrive. Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days and no orders will be packed during this time. All deliveries will be sent signed for.
All Skinny Whistle Handcrafted Jewellery Designs will be sent signed for by Royal Mail.
Any orders that contain Christmas PRE ORDERS & in stock items will be sent together from MID OCTOBER.
